This Aries Moon Ignites a Spark Within Us

A reinvigorating sextile and confidence boost brought on by lunar Aries are sandwiched between two melancholic transits. We begin and end our day in the grips of the monster known as “Imposter Syndrome.” But there is hope. Thanks to Aries’ fiery energy and the introspective natures of Virgo and Pisces, we can find the spark to ignite our spirit!

The Moon Is Conjunct Neptune at 12:49 AM

Just after midnight, the moon in sensitive Pisces forms a conjunction with Neptune also in Pisces. Under this conjunction, we are pensive and meditative. Normally, these two traits have rather positive connotations, but with this placement, our self-reflection can lead us to overthink certain situations. Our anxiety and hypersensitivity are at an all-time high. We may be secretive and withhold information from others.

Peace can be found in solitude. We do not want to be around other people at this time. We are content to be alone with our thoughts. A little alone time can be healthy, but be careful. If we use this time to over-analyze recent predicaments, we may end up hurting our own feelings. Take this time if you need. But if something is really troubling you, it is better to confront it head-on rather than letting it stew.

The Moon Is Sextile Pluto at 5:06 AM

While we were busy pressing the snooze button, the moon in Pisces formed a high-spirited sextile with Pluto in audacious Capricorn. Under this sweet sextile, our sentimentality is reenergized. Pisces inspires us to examine our emotions in a healthy way. We look back on certain memories with happiness and gratitude rather than regret. Capricorn reinvigorates our lust for life. We have a strong desire for adventure.

Our nostalgia and our enthusiasm come together to create a sense of wanderlust within us. We are eager to travel. Try visiting a place that you have fond memories of. A fun journey combined with a pleasant destination can raise your already elevated spirits.

The Moon Moves into Aries at 2:59 PM

This afternoon, the moon moves into vivacious Aries. Under this moon, we have an abundance of energy radiating out of us. We exude confidence and crave adventure.

We have big plans for ourselves at this time. There are new projects and undertakings on the horizon that we are eager to tackle. We are not intimidated by big or scary challenges, we handle them with skill and grace.

Though we have certain things planned out, we still have the tendency to act on impulse. We are spontaneous and have a strong desire for new experiences.

Mercury Is Opposite Neptune at 8:57 PM

As the sun sets, Mercury in timid Virgo forms an opposition with Neptune in Pisces. Under this opposition we are lost in our daydreams. We feel an intense need to create art, but our insecurities may halt this desire. Imposter syndrome may rear its ugly head and convince us that we are not as talented as we actually are. These insecurities can also spill over into our love life. If we convince ourselves that we are not good enough, we can miss out on a great chance at romance.

It is important at this time to remind ourselves that we possess gifts that we should be proud of. If you have been too afraid to attempt a task or project, especially a creative project, now is the time to look within and ask yourself why you are afraid. Take some personal time to practice a little self-care. You may need to self-isolate to understand your innermost talents and desires.
